PopCount City Coverage Map

 
PopCount uses the 2010 U.S. Census Database to determine the total population within a contour, population within a city within a contour, population within counties and population within minor civil divisions. Block and group centroid retrieval is available along with several other options. Contours are read from files generated from other ACSL programs and loaded into PopCount. That contour is then used to determine which centroids are within and which are without.
